With the flexibility to acquire both existing and to-be-built assets, CRIC₂ Funds? acquisition provided the funding necessary for Great West Casualty Company to expand its corporate office headquarters building in South Sioux City, NE. Located on approximately 37.512 acres of land, CRIC₂ Funds acquired a 99,500 square foot Class-A office building that has served as Great West Casualty Company?s corporate headquarters since 1981 together with a 48,458 square foot to-be-built connected regional office that will serve the Midwestern Region. The 22-year net lease to Great West Casualty Company commenced at closing and included an 18-month construction period for the new building (during which the company paid no rent on the expansion building.)
